my brother had a jukebox and it had the song “I saw God Today” on it. That’s the cheap way- just chose a song you like and do it that way if you’d like. -Idea

“The Summons” is a really pretty and sweet hymn that could be nice.
“You Raise Me Up” is beautiful with inspirational feel.

Here is a list of love songs and songs played at weddings.

One of the many versions of Ave Maria are always popular. (My favourite is by Gounod, but another beautiful one that everyone knows is the version by Schubert – it is an absolute classic and any singer – male or female – worth their salt will know it very well)

Apart from that – there a quite a lot of songs out there – what sort of style are you looking for? (Pop, Opera, Modern, Classic???) What style does your singer do and what voice type are they? It will make a big difference as to the songs you can pick. But the singer should have a list of repertoire that they know well and there should be at least a few songs in there that you could use.
